Joe hails from Texas and is an incredibly skilled realism tattoo artist. His interest in drawing began early, and was influenced by his talented uncle, who often shared his work with Joe. A long-time friend of Xavier, Joe is excited to be a part of the Xclusive team, where he’s joined his son, JP. Creativity and passion definitely run in the family!
